Must have prior approved, within 30 days of purchase,
to return merchandise. Merchandise must be unused. A
restocking charge of 15% on stock merchandise plus shipping
expense. Merchandise may be exchanged for equal or additional
dollar value with the 15% waved. Shipping charges will
still be payable. Custom order or special non-stock
merchandise sales are final and nonrefundable.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
Defects must be made by the Buyer within five (5) days of receipt of goods. Claims made after 5 days will not be allowed. Seller will replace or repair goods at seller's option. Seller makes no warranties expressed or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchant ability or fitness for a particular purpose. Full credit (including initial shipping charges) for defective goods.
